How to Apply and Renew Your Scholarship
With over 600 new and renewal scholarships awarded annually and a current commitment to students in our 4-county service area of just over $1 Million, the Foundation manages one of the largest scholarshp programs in our area.
Application process opens November 1, 2009. You will be asked to register with E-grant before beginning your scholarship application.

How to Apply for a Scholarship – Muskegon County
The Community Foundation for Muskegon County awards scholarships only once per year. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2010. To be eligible, you must be a resident of one of the 12 local constituent school districts of the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District and a graduate of a Muskegon County school, private or public. There are a few exceptions to this residency rule. Please call if you have questions about your eligibility. Community Foundation for Muskegon County Board of Trustees, staff and their family members are not eligible to apply. Some awards for current High School students may require an interview. You will be notified when the interview process begins.

The Community Foundation for Oceana County awards scholarships only once per year. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2010.To be eligible, you must be a resident of Oceana County and a graduate of an Oceana County school, private or public. Please call if you have questions about your eligibility. Community Foundation for Oceana County Board of Trustees, staff and their family members are not eligible to apply.

The Community Foundation for Mason County awards scholarships only once per year. The deadline for submission is March 1, 2010. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Mason County and a graduate of a Mason County school, private or public. Please call if you have questions about your eligibility. Community Foundation for Mason County Board of Trustees, staff and their family members are not eligible to apply.
How to Renew Your Multi-Year Existing Scholarship
If your scholarship was awarded for more than one year, you must submit an official transcript of your Fall grades and renewal application by February 15, 2010 to be eligible for renewal.Click here to complete the scholarship renewal application
