COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR MUSKEGON COUNTY ANNOUNCES REALIGNMENT OF KEY STAFF POSITIONS

Community Foundation President Chris McGuigan announced today that several key employees will assume new duties and responsibilities. In announcing the changes, McGuigan notes that “these personnel shifts will allow the Foundation to fill a critical fund development position vacated recently, while at the same time effectively maximizing use of the tremendous talent pool reflected among present Foundation staff”.

Long time Foundation employee and former Vice-President for Program, Ann Irish Tabor, will assume the position of Vice-President of Advancement (Donor Relations, Development, and Planned Giving). Former Assistant-to-the-President and Director of Special Projects, Arnold (Arn) Boezaart will assume the position of Vice-President for Programs (Grant activity and related programs). Former Program Associate Gina Van Bruggen will assume additional duties as Program Officer in the Program Department.

President McGuigan notes that “these employees with many years of combined experience will make a nearly seamless transition of functions that assures the community of an uninterrupted level and quality of service that the Community Foundation for Muskegon County is known for.”

The Community Foundation for Muskegon County was created in 1961 to improve the quality of life for Muskegon County residents.
