Effective human services through collaboration, integration and support
• The CCC was founded 1995 and is a state-endorsed community collaborative.
• 48 Muskegon County nonprofit and governmental agencies are engaged in providing or funding human services.
• The member organizations are committed to sharing ideas, issues and solutions to improve income, life, learning and community for everyone in Muskegon County.
• The CCC provides a forum for planning and evaluating human services, and exchange information on emerging trends and issues.
In addition to membership, the Community Foundation for Muskegon County provides office space and support for the CCC Coordinator.
