Unrestricted / Field of Interest
Unrestricted and Field of Interest Funds provide the Foundation's Board of Trustees the opportunity to select grant recipients through a competitive process.  To be considered, grant proposals must conform to program priorities and guidelines and demonstrate the capacity to have a beneficial impact on the community and its people.

Targeted

  • Advised - Donors recommend periodic grants to any qualified charitable organization.
  • Affiliate - Supports a specific geographic county, region, or area.
  • Designated - Donors specify particular charities to receive income in perpetuity.
  • Organizations - Nonprofit agencies and organizations establish these Funds to provide perpetual source of income to enhance and sustain their own missions.
  • Scholarship - Donors design educational award programs around targeted student populations, academic institutions, financial need, and other selection criteria.
  • Income Gifts - Donors receive income, tax relief and ensure a long-term investment in their community.
