IRA Rollover is Back!
Welcome news...the IRA Charitable Rollover passed! On the afternoon of December 17, 2010, the President signed into law The Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010. This bill restores the IRA Charitable Rollover retroactively for 2010 and permits its use in all of 2011.
Gifting Options: If you have clients who could benefit from this provision, we're happy to help you find the best outlet for their charitable intentions. With endowment funds for over 100 local organizations, as well as funds that benefit the arts, environment, education, human services, and of course, provide scholarships, there are countless vehicles already in place to receive your clients' gifts in any amounts.
